Terms for publishing works on Avento and offering paid access

By accepting these terms, the artist (“Artist”) may publish their works on Avento and choose to offer paid access to them.
The Artist retains the copyright in their uploaded works. The Artist confirms that they created the works or have obtained all rights necessary to publish and sell them, including rights to any images, music, videos, 3D models, and other materials used.
The Artist grants Avento a non-exclusive license to store and display the works, create technical copies and previews, and use the works’ images and descriptions to promote their pages on Avento. This license applies while a work is available on the platform and, where necessary, to maintain access already purchased by customers.
For each paid work, the Artist specifies what the customer receives: access to an AR/VR experience, viewing access to a digital work, a downloadable file, or another clearly described product.
Unless the description states otherwise, the customer receives access for personal, non-commercial use. Copyright, resale rights, and commercial usage rights are not transferred to the customer.
The Artist sets the price using the options available on Avento. Before enabling sales, Avento shows the Artist an estimated payout.
Avento’s commission is 15% of the amount remaining after applicable indirect taxes and the actual payment channel fee have been deducted. The fee charged by Apple, Google, or another payment provider is based on the actual rate for the transaction. It is separate from Avento’s commission and may differ from 15%.
Artist payout = purchase amount − applicable indirect taxes − actual payment channel fee − Avento’s 15% commission on the remaining amount − refunds and reversed payments.
For example, if the amount used for the calculation is $100 and the store fee is 15%, $85 remains. Avento’s commission is $12.75, and the Artist’s payout is $72.25. This example does not account for taxes, currency conversion, or refunds.
Avento provides the Artist with information about sales, deductions, and the amount payable. The payout schedule and available withdrawal methods are shown in the Artist dashboard before sales begin.
If a payment is reversed or refunded, no payout is earned for that purchase. If the Artist has already received the payout, the corresponding amount is deducted from future payouts. These adjustments are shown in the transaction history.
The Artist must not publish materials that infringe others’ rights or violate Avento’s rules. Avento may review works before or after publication and may restrict their visibility or sales, or remove them, in response to a rule violation, a substantiated complaint, or a legal or app store requirement. The Artist may contact support to request a review of the decision.
The Artist may stop new sales and request removal of a work at any time. Removing a work from sale does not cancel access previously purchased by customers, unless the terms of that purchase or applicable law provide otherwise.
By selecting “I agree to the terms and enable sales,” the Artist confirms that they have read this version of the terms, hold the rights required to publish their works, and agree to the payout calculation.
Avento records the date of acceptance and the version accepted. Material changes to the sales terms are presented to the Artist for separate acceptance before they apply to new sales.
